JATIMTIMES - Wacana pembangunan 1.000 bioskop desa yang disebut masuk dalam pembahasan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) 2027 ,membawa harapan baru bagi sineas lokal, termasuk di Kediri. 

Ketua PARFI Kediri, Ellya Destiara Permata, melihat hal ini sebagai peluang besar bagi sineas daerah untuk berkembang.Namun, hal ini juga merupakan sebuah tantangan baru bagi setiap sineas lokal.

Ellya mengatakan bahwa hal tersebut dapat menjadi harapan baru bagi sineas-sineas yang berproses di daerah, "seperti di Kediri ini sebenarnya banyak sineas-sineas yang berpotensi dan membutuhkan ruang untuk mempertemukan karya terbaik mereka kepasa penonton", ujarnya.

Menurutnya, pertumbuhan bioskop harus juga di imbangi dengan peningkatan SDM perfilman di daerah, "ini juga sebuah tantangan baru untuk para sineas di daerah agar terus mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki untuk menciptakan karya yang lebih baik, lebih variatif", tuturya.

Tidak hanya itu, berkembangnya sebuah industri di sebuah daerah akan sejalan dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah, meningkatkan pendapatan sineas, bahkan bisa meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat sekitar bioskop.
