JATIMTIMES – Lintasan lari (jogging track) di kawasan Hutan Kota Bondas Kota Batu tengah dalam perawatan. Proyek renovasi tersebut menyentuh perbaikan lintasan yang dirasa kurang representatif. Jalur jogging dengan wajah baru akan dijadwalkan dibuka secara resmi untuk umum pada awal Juni 2026 mendatang.
Langkah ini diambil guna memastikan kualitas material beton pada lintasan benar-benar matang sebelum menerima beban aktivitas warga. Sebelumnya, jalur untuk lintasan lari dan jalan kaki di area hutan kota tersebut sering dikeluhkan oleh para pengunjung karena kondisinya yang berlumut, licin, dan rusak yang membahayakan keselamatan pejalan kaki.

Kini, infrastruktur tersebut telah bersolek dengan lapisan aspal merah terang yang membentang rapi di tengah rimbunnya pepohonan. Kendati pengerjaan fisiknya sudah nampak rampung, proyek yang menelan anggaran sebesar Rp 104,4 juta ini statusnya masih berada dalam masa perawatan teknis yang ketat.
Reni Widiastutik menegaskan bahwa struktur beton memerlukan waktu pengeringan (curing) minimal 28 hari pascapengecoran.
“Fase krusial ini tidak boleh diabaikan demi memantau ada tidaknya keretakan dini sebelum lapisan cat penutup diaplikasikan,” imbuhnya.
Pengerjaan fisik lintasan olahraga ini sendiri sudah mulai digulirkan sejak 7 April lalu oleh pihak kontraktor pelaksana, CV Karya Wijaya. Sesuai dengan draf kontrak kerja yang disepakati, rekanan dipatok target waktu pengerjaan selama 60 hari kalender dan wajib menuntaskan proyek sebelum tanggal 5 Juni 2026.

Pasca-serah terima dokumen proyek nantinya, pihak pemborong tidak serta-merta lepas tangan karena masih diikat tanggung jawab masa pemeliharaan lanjutan selama enam bulan ke depan. Komitmen ini menjadi garansi penting agar konstruksi lintasan tidak mudah rusak atau hancur saat mulai digempur oleh aktivitas olahraga warga.
Sembari menunggu jadwal peresmian resmi dari pemerintah daerah, DLH Kota Batu melayangkan peringatan keras agar warga tidak menerobos garis pembatas jalan.
“Masyarakat diimbau untuk tidak menjajal lintasan selama proses pengeringan berlangsung agar fasilitas baru ini tidak mengalami kecacatan fisik sebelum resmi digunakan,” pungkas Reni.
