JATIMTIMES – Dewan Pimpinan Daerah (DPD) Lumbung Informasi Rakyat (LIRA) Kabupaten Situbondo menyatakan komitmennya untuk mengawal pelaksanaan Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) agar berjalan sesuai aturan dan tepat sasaran.
Sebagai bentuk keseriusan, DPD LIRA Situbondo membentuk Satuan Tugas (Satgas) Pengawas Independen MBG. Satgas ini bertugas menampung laporan masyarakat terkait dugaan penyimpangan dalam pelaksanaan program yang menjadi salah satu prioritas pemerintah pusat tersebut.

Bupati LIRA Situbondo, Didik Martono, menegaskan bahwa pihaknya siap mengawasi operasional Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG), terutama jika ditemukan indikasi penyimpangan yang dilakukan oleh yayasan mitra Badan Gizi Nasional (BGN).
"Intinya kami siap mengawasi SPPG di Situbondo, terutama yayasan mitra BGN yang nakal. Jika ditemukan adanya penyalahgunaan Program Makan Bergizi Gratis, DPD LIRA Situbondo tidak akan ragu melaporkan ke BGN bahkan ke KPK," tegas Didik Martono, Senin (18/5/2026).
Menurutnya, pengawasan independen diperlukan agar pelaksanaan MBG benar-benar memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat, khususnya para siswa yang menjadi penerima program.
Didik menjelaskan, bentuk penyimpangan yang menjadi perhatian antara lain dugaan penyelewengan anggaran, ketidaksesuaian kualitas makanan, pengurangan porsi, hingga praktik-praktik lain yang merugikan penerima manfaat.
Ia juga mengajak masyarakat untuk berperan aktif dalam mengawasi program MBG. Menurutnya, partisipasi publik sangat penting untuk memastikan program berjalan transparan, akuntabel, dan bebas dari praktik korupsi.
"Masyarakat jangan takut untuk melapor jika melihat, mendengar, atau mengetahui adanya dugaan penyimpangan. Kami siap menampung aspirasi dan menindaklanjutinya sesuai mekanisme yang berlaku," ujarnya.

Dalam materi publikasi yang disebarkan, DPD LIRA Situbondo membuka layanan pengaduan melalui nomor WhatsApp 0823-0237-4106 serta QR Code yang dapat dipindai masyarakat untuk menyampaikan laporan secara langsung.
Dengan slogan “Melihat, Mendengar, Berbuat”, DPD LIRA Situbondo menegaskan perannya sebagai mitra masyarakat dalam mengawal kebijakan publik, termasuk Program Makan Bergizi Gratis.
Didik berharap keberadaan Satgas Pengawas Independen MBG dapat menjadi kontrol sosial yang efektif dan mendorong seluruh pihak yang terlibat menjalankan program dengan jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
"Program MBG ini sangat baik untuk generasi penerus bangsa. Karena itu, pelaksanaannya harus bersih dan tepat sasaran. Jika ada yang bermain-main, kami siap bertindak," pungkasnya.
