JATIMTIMES — Pergerakan Mahasiswa Islam Indonesia (PMII) Komisariat Pusat STITMA Blitar terus memperkuat proses kaderisasi mahasiswa melalui kegiatan Masa Penerimaan Anggota Baru (MAPABA) II yang digelar di Aula Kampus STITMA Blitar, Selasa (12/5/2026).
Kegiatan yang mengusung tema “Dari Redup Menjadi Hidup” tersebut menjadi momentum penting bagi PMII STITMA Blitar untuk membangun kembali semangat organisasi sekaligus menyiapkan kader-kader muda yang aktif, progresif, dan berkarakter.

Sebanyak 16 peserta dari berbagai daerah di kawasan Matraman mengikuti kegiatan tersebut. MAPABA menjadi tahapan awal dalam proses pengenalan organisasi, pembentukan karakter kader, hingga penanaman nilai-nilai perjuangan PMII kepada mahasiswa.
Ketua Umum PC PMII Blitar, Riski Fadhila menegaskan bahwa MAPABA merupakan gerbang awal kaderisasi di tubuh PMII. Menurutnya, proses tersebut menjadi fondasi penting dalam membentuk kader yang memiliki keyakinan serta komitmen terhadap organisasi.
“MAPABA ini adalah awal dari kaderisasi. Kader yang telah mengikuti MAPABA dinamakan kader mu’takid, yaitu kader yang benar-benar yakin kepada PMII bahwa PMII adalah organisasi yang benar,” ujarnya dalam sambutan sebelum prosesi pembaiatan.
Ia menilai, proses kaderisasi menjadi bagian penting dalam mencetak generasi muda yang tidak hanya aktif di lingkungan kampus, tetapi juga memiliki kepedulian sosial dan semangat pengabdian kepada masyarakat.
Menurut Riski, mahasiswa memiliki peran strategis sebagai agen perubahan di tengah tantangan zaman yang semakin kompleks. Karena itu, organisasi kemahasiswaan dinilai harus mampu menjadi ruang pembelajaran, penguatan karakter, sekaligus tempat tumbuhnya kepemimpinan generasi muda.
Sementara itu, Ketua Komisariat Pusat PMII STITMA Blitar, Fatkur Rokim mengatakan tema “Dari Redup Menjadi Hidup” dipilih sebagai refleksi kondisi komisariat sekaligus harapan terhadap masa depan organisasi.
“Kami membawa tema yang sesuai dengan keadaan komisariat kami saat ini, yaitu ‘Dari Redup Menjadi Hidup’, dengan harapan kader-kader, terutama dari internal STITMA yang mengikuti MAPABA II, bisa menjadi pengurip-urip komisariat ke depannya,” katanya.

Fatkur menambahkan, keberadaan kader baru diharapkan mampu membawa energi baru dalam menghidupkan kembali dinamika organisasi di lingkungan kampus. Selain itu, kaderisasi juga menjadi upaya menjaga kesinambungan gerakan mahasiswa agar tetap relevan dengan perkembangan zaman.
Menurutnya, PMII tidak hanya berfokus pada penguatan intelektual mahasiswa, tetapi juga membangun kesadaran sosial, kemampuan kepemimpinan, serta semangat kolaborasi dalam menjawab persoalan masyarakat.
“Melalui MAPABA ini, kami berharap lahir kader-kader PMII yang tidak hanya kuat secara intelektual, tetapi juga memiliki kepedulian sosial, jiwa kepemimpinan, dan semangat bergerak bersama untuk memberikan manfaat nyata bagi masyarakat,” ujar Fatkur.
Melalui MAPABA II, PMII Komisariat Pusat STITMA Blitar berharap dapat melahirkan kader-kader muda yang kritis, berintegritas, dan memiliki kepedulian sosial, sekaligus memperkuat peran organisasi mahasiswa dalam pembangunan sumber daya manusia di lingkungan kampus.
