JATIMTIMES - Dugaan praktik parkir ilegal di kawasan Jalan Trunojoyo, Kota Malang, berujung penindakan oleh Polresta Malang Kota. Dua juru parkir diamankan setelah diduga membagikan karcis parkir hasil fotokopi yang menyerupai karcis resmi milik pemerintah daerah.

Kasus ini menjadi sorotan setelah unggahan seorang warga menyebar di media sosial. Dalam unggahan tersebut, warga mengeluhkan karcis parkir yang diterimanya tampak seperti lembaran hasil salinan, tanpa stempel resmi pemerintah. Ia juga mengaku kejadian serupa sudah beberapa kali dialami saat memarkir kendaraan di sekitar area dekat Stasiun Malang.

Laporan itu diteruskan melalui layanan darurat 110 dan langsung ditindaklanjuti petugas. Unit Patroli Tombak bersama Tim Perintis Presisi Sat Samapta Polresta Malang Kota mendatangi lokasi untuk memastikan informasi yang beredar.

Saat pengecekan berlangsung, petugas mendapati dua orang yang sedang melakukan pungutan parkir kepada pengendara di tepi Jalan Trunojoyo. Keduanya langsung diamankan untuk dimintai keterangan terkait dugaan penggunaan karcis tidak resmi.

Komandan Regu Patroli Sat Samapta Polresta Malang Kota, Aiptu Hari, mengatakan pihaknya bergerak cepat karena laporan masyarakat menyangkut pelayanan publik dan berpotensi merugikan warga.

“Setelah menerima aduan dari masyarakat, petugas langsung melakukan pengecekan ke lokasi. Di sana kami menemukan dua orang yang sedang mengatur parkir sekaligus membagikan karcis yang diduga hasil fotokopi dan menyerupai karcis resmi,” kata Hari, Selasa (12/5/2026).

Menurutnya, penggunaan karcis yang tidak sah menjadi perhatian karena bisa menimbulkan kebingungan di masyarakat. Terlebih, kawasan Jalan Trunojoyo merupakan salah satu titik padat aktivitas karena berada di sekitar stasiun, taman, dan sentra kuliner yang setiap hari ramai pengunjung.

“Yang kami tindak bukan sekadar aktivitas parkirnya, tetapi adanya indikasi penggunaan karcis yang menyerupai dokumen resmi tanpa legalitas. Ini berpotensi menyesatkan masyarakat dan tidak dibenarkan,” imbuhnya.

Dari hasil pemeriksaan awal, salah satu terduga pelaku berinisial MD (57) mengaku telah mendapat izin dari pengelola gedung di sekitar lokasi untuk membantu mengatur kendaraan. Namun kepolisian menegaskan izin dari pihak swasta tidak dapat dijadikan dasar penarikan retribusi parkir di badan jalan umum.

“Penarikan retribusi di ruang publik memiliki aturan tersendiri dan hanya dapat dilakukan oleh juru parkir resmi yang ditunjuk sesuai ketentuan. Jadi alasan tersebut tetap tidak membenarkan praktik yang terjadi,” jelas Hari.

Saat ini kedua juru parkir telah dibawa ke Polresta Malang Kota untuk pemeriksaan lebih lanjut. Polisi memastikan kasus tersebut akan diproses melalui sidang tindak pidana ringan (tipiring).

Kepolisian juga mengimbau masyarakat untuk segera melapor jika menemukan praktik serupa di tempat lain. Menurut petugas, keterlibatan warga dalam melapor sangat membantu pengawasan terhadap potensi pungutan liar di fasilitas umum.

“Jika mendapati kejadian serupa, silakan laporkan melalui layanan 110. Respons cepat hanya bisa berjalan baik jika ada sinergi antara masyarakat dan kepolisian,” tutup Hari.
