JATIMTIMES – Seorang pelaku usaha asal Kecamatan Asembagus, Kabupaten Situbondo, Arief Makruf Riscahyono, mengaku mengalami kerugian besar. Itu karena tiga dus berisi 12 unit alat pres kertas model becak yang dipesannya melalui TikTok Shop tidak sampai ke alamat tujuan.
Merasa dirugikan, Arief akhirnya melayangkan somasi terhadap manajemen J&T Cargo Indonesia.

Arief menjelaskan, dirinya memesan 16 unit alat linting rokok manual atau alat pres kertas model becak melalui toko Sohib Galeri di TikTok Shop pada 10 Maret 2026. Seluruh pembayaran dilakukan secara lunas melalui transfer m-banking.
Barang kemudian dikirim pada 12 Maret 2026 menggunakan J&T Cargo dalam empat dus. Masing-masing dus berisi empat unit alat sehingga total barang yang dikirim sebanyak 16 unit.
Namun, pada 16 Maret 2026 saat paket dinyatakan telah sampai di alamat tujuan, Arief hanya menerima satu dus yang berisi empat unit alat. Artinya, tiga dus lainnya yang berisi 12 unit alat pres kertas tidak sampai ke tangannya.
"Kalau barang itu diserahkan langsung kepada saya, pasti saya tolak karena jumlahnya tidak sesuai dengan pesanan," ujar Arief, Selasa (12/5/2026).
Arief mengatakan, paket yang tiba di rumahnya tidak diserahkan secara langsung oleh kurir. Barang tersebut hanya diletakkan di teras rumah tanpa konfirmasi atau serah terima dengan dirinya sebagai penerima.
Menurut Arief, berdasarkan hasil pelacakan dan informasi yang diperoleh, tiga dus yang hilang terakhir terdeteksi berada di wilayah Ajung, Kabupaten Jember. Rekaman CCTV juga menunjukkan barang sempat dimuat dalam kondisi lengkap untuk dikirim ke Asembagus. Namun setelah itu, keberadaannya tidak lagi terlacak.
Arief mengungkapkan bahwa pihak J&T Cargo telah mengakui kehilangan tersebut terjadi akibat kelalaian internal perusahaan. Pengakuan itu, kata dia, diperkuat dengan rekaman suara dari Zainal Arifin, admin J&T Cargo Kediri dengan kode KDR006A.
Di sisi lain, Florensa Dirga Filyani Ilahi selaku admin J&T Cargo Cabang Trigonco Asembagus disebut telah membantu proses pengajuan klaim. Namun hingga lebih dari dua bulan berlalu, Arief mengaku belum menerima kepastian terkait penggantian kerugian maupun keberadaan barangnya.

"Surat somasi ke kantor pusat J&T Cargo sudah saya kirim agar ada kepastian penyelesaian," kata Arief.
Somasi tersebut dilayangkan melalui kuasa hukum M. Ali Mustofa, S.H., dengan nomor 002/SMSI/V/2026 tertanggal 7 Mei 2026. Dalam surat itu, J&T Cargo diberikan waktu tujuh hari kalender untuk memberikan penjelasan tertulis, mengakui tanggung jawab, dan mengganti seluruh kerugian materiil yang dialami korban.
Jika dalam tenggat waktu tersebut tidak ada penyelesaian, Arief menyatakan akan menempuh langkah hukum lebih lanjut, baik melalui gugatan perdata, pengaduan ke Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen (BPSK), maupun jalur pidana apabila ditemukan unsur penggelapan.
Akibat hilangnya 12 unit alat utama produksi tersebut, usaha milik Arief tidak dapat berjalan selama kurang lebih dua bulan. Ia memperkirakan total kerugian yang dialaminya mencapai ratusan juta rupiah karena produksi terhenti dan target usaha tidak tercapai.
Hingga berita ini ditulis, pihak J&T Cargo Indonesia belum memberikan tanggapan resmi terkait somasi yang telah dikirimkan oleh Arief Makruf Riscahyono melalui kuasa hukumnya.
