JATIMTIMES — Peringatan Hari Kartini dimaknai berbeda oleh Ketua Tim Penggerak (TP) PKK Kabupaten Jember, Ghyta Eka Puspita. Ia menekankan pentingnya perempuan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi untuk hal produktif sekaligus tetap berperan kuat dari lingkup keluarga.

Menurut perempuan yang akrab disapa Ning Ghyta itu, perempuan masa kini hidup di era dengan akses teknologi yang sangat terbuka. Karena itu, ia mengingatkan agar kemudahan tersebut tidak disalahgunakan, melainkan dimanfaatkan untuk hal yang memberi dampak positif.

“Di zaman serba canggih ini, teknologi luar biasa. Manfaatkan untuk kebaikan, bukan sebaliknya,” ujarnya Selasa (21/4/2026) pagi. 

Ia mendorong perempuan, khususnya di Jember, untuk terus mengembangkan diri dan menjadi versi terbaik dalam berbagai bidang. Tidak hanya di ranah publik, tetapi juga dalam peran domestik yang menurutnya tetap memiliki kontribusi besar.

Ning Ghyta menilai, peran ibu rumah tangga kerap dipandang sebelah mata, padahal dari sanalah fondasi generasi masa depan dibentuk. Pendidikan karakter anak, kata dia, berangkat dari keluarga yang kuat dan perempuan yang berdaya.

“Ibu rumah tangga itu luar biasa. Dari rumah, bisa melahirkan generasi hebat,” tegasnya.

Karena itu, ia menekankan pentingnya peran perempuan dalam menciptakan perubahan sosial, dimulai dari lingkup terkecil. Perempuan tidak hanya menjadi objek pembangunan, tetapi juga subjek yang aktif berkontribusi.

Melalui berbagai peran yang diembannya, baik di PKK, Dekranasda, maupun organisasi lain, Ning Ghyta mengaku terus mendorong ruang-ruang pemberdayaan perempuan agar lebih luas dan berdampak.

Fokusnya tidak hanya pada peningkatan kapasitas, tetapi juga bagaimana perempuan mampu menggerakkan lingkungan sekitar, baik secara ekonomi maupun sosial.
“Bagaimana perempuan ini hadir untuk memberdayakan dan menggerakkan, demi Jember yang lebih maju dan sejahtera,” ujarnya.

Di momentum Hari Kartini, Ning Ghyta juga menyampaikan pesan sederhana namun tegas: perempuan harus berani berkembang dan mengambil peran, tanpa meninggalkan nilai-nilai dasar dalam keluarga.
“Jadilah versi terbaik diri masing-masing,” pungkasnya. (*)
