Rekomendasi BKN Sudah Turun, Tiga JPTP dan Eselon III Pemkab Malang Segera Dilantik

JATIMTIMES - Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kabupaten Malang memastikan rekomendasi dari Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) terkait dengan pelantikan tiga Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama (JPTP)  dan para pejabat eselon III sudah turun. 

Kepala BKPSDM Kabupaten Malang Nurman Ramdansyah menyampaikan, prosesi pelantikan tiga JPTP dan para pejabat eselon III memang secara prosedur harus menunggu rekomendasi dari BKN. Sehingga pihaknya bersyukur rekomendasi dari BKN sudah keluar pada Jumat (10/4/2026) kemarin lusa.

"Kaitannya dengan rekomendasi dari BKN (untuk pelantikan tiga JPTP dan para pejabat eselon III) itu Alhamdulillaah sudah turun Jumat (10/4/2026) sore menjelang Ashar," ungkap Nurman kepada JatimTIMES.com. 

Mantan Penjabat (Pj) Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Malang ini menyebut, setelah rekomendasi dari BKN sudah turun maka pihaknya segera menyesuaikan jadwal pelantikan dengan agenda Bupati Malang HM. Sanusi ke depan. 

"Kita akan segera menyesuaikan dengan agenda Bapak Bupati. Nanti kita agendakan (pelantikan tiga JPTP dan para pejabat eselon III) pekan depan," tutur Nurman. 

Disinggung akankah prosesi pelantikan tiga JPTP dan para pejabat eselon III dilakukan pada hari Rabu, Kamis atau Jumat, ia menegaskan hal itu bisa saja terjadi. 

"Ya bisa saja (pelantikan di hari Rabu, Kamis atau Jumat), tapi nggak juga, nggak ada yang istimewa," tegas Nurman. 

Pada intinya, saat ini BKPSDM Kabupaten Malang sedang menyesuaikan jadwal pelantikan dengan agenda kerja Bupati Malang HM. Sanusi. Pasalnya, sampai saat ini belum ada kepastian terkait jadwal agenda kerja dari Bupati Malang HM. Sanusi. 

"Ini kita belum mendapatkan kepastian jadwalnya Pak Bupati. Sehingga kita menunggu kepastian jadwal Pak Bupati dulu untuk menyiapkan prosesi pelantikan," kata Nurman.

Lebih lanjut, terdapat tiga JPTP di masing-masing perangkat daerah Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Malang yang akan segera dilantik. Di antaranya Kepala Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH), Kepala Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (Disperindag), serta Kepala Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP). 

Untuk berbagai tahapan seleksi terbuka sudah dilalui oleh masing-masing Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Pemkab Malang. Sehingga di tahap akhir seleksi terbuka telah tersaring tiga nama ASN di masing-masing perangkat daerah Pemkab Malang. 

Di DLH Kabupaten Malang ada nama Ahmad Dzulfikar Nurrahman (Sekretaris DLH Kabupaten Malang), Astri Lutfiatunnisa (Sekretaris Disperindag Kabupaten Malang) dan Khiki Ardiano (Kepala Bidang Penataan dan Peningkatan Kapasitas Lingkungan Hidup DLH Kabupaten Malang).  

Kemudian untuk JPTP di Disperindag Kabupaten Malang ada nama Astri Lutfiatunnisa (Sekretaris Disperindag Kabupaten Malang), Indra Gunawan (Camat Pujon) dan Johan Dwijo Saputro (Sekretaris Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Permukiman dan Cipta Karya Kabupaten Malang).  

Sedangkan yang terakhir di Satpol PP Kabupaten Malang ada nama Desy Ariyanti (Camat Dau), Indra Gunawan (Camat Pujon) dan Teddi Wiryawan Priambodo (Sekretaris Satpol PP Kabupaten Malang.
