Menanggapi "krisis" keuangan desa ini, Kepala Dinas PMD Magetan, Parminto Budi Utomo, mendorong pemerintah desa untuk lebih kreatif dalam meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Desa (PADes). Optimalisasi Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) menjadi kunci utama agar desa tetap bisa mandiri secara finansial.
JATIMTIMES – Kebijakan Pemerintah Pusat terkait pengalihan fokus Dana Desa (DD) tahun 2026 untuk program prioritas nasional memicu gejolak di tingkat bawah. Para kepala desa di wilayah Kabupaten Magetan kini tengah dipusingkan dengan merosotnya pagu anggaran secara drastis yang berdampak langsung pada berhentinya proyek infrastruktur desa.
Total Dana Desa untuk 207 desa berada dikisaran hampir Rp 200 miliar di tahun sebelumnya. Kini ditahun 2026 ini turun drastis dikisaran Rp 65 miliar saja. Angka ini menunjukkan penurunan yang sangat signifikan.

Jika tahun-tahun sebelumnya kita leluasa melakukan perbaikan jalan desa dan membiayai kegiatan sosial, tahun ini banyak pembangunan fisik yang terpaksa dihentikan atau kalau ada misal jalan atau sarana fisik yang rusak kita minta pengertian masyarakat untuk kita bergotong royonglah," ujar Tatak, Rabu (8/4/2026).
Tatak menambahkan bahwa pengurangan anggaran dipicu oleh realokasi dana untuk pembangunan Koperasi Desa Merah Putih (KDMP). Dampaknya tidak hanya pada fisik, tapi juga menyentuh sampai bantuan sosial.
"Jumlah penerima BLT Dana Desa turun drastis. Tahun 2025 lalu satu desa bisa mengalokasikan untuk 10 KPM (Keluarga Penerima Manfaat), sekarang hanya mampu 4 sampai 5 orang saja. Kami juga akhirnya harus melakukan verifikasi yang sangat ketat agar bantuan benar-benar tepat sasaran," tambahnya.
Menanggapi "krisis" keuangan desa ini, Kepala DPMD Magetan Parminto Budi Utomo mendorong pemerintah desa untuk lebih kreatif dalam meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Desa (PADes). Optimalisasi Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) menjadi kunci utama agar desa tetap bisa mandiri secara finansial.

"Desa yang memiliki PADes kuat pasti akan bertahan. Kami dari dinas terus melakukan pendampingan agar perencanaan anggaran tetap optimal meskipun dana terbatas," tegasnya.
Tak tinggal diam, Pemerintah Kabupaten Magetan juga tengah merumuskan langkah strategis melalui intervensi APBD. Salah satunya adalah mengarahkan bantuan material seperti aspal dari Dinas Pekerjaan Umum ke jalan-jalan desa.
"Saya berharap program Guyub Rukun dengan stimulan Rp3-5 juta itu untuk memicu semangat gotong-royong warga. Sambil menunggu regulasi terbaru dari Pemerintah Pusat. Harapannya ada solusi konkret dari Kementerian Desa dan Kementerian Keuangan,terkait hal ini" pungkas Parminto Budi.
